OK HISAB
Terms of Service
Last updated: 4 October 2026.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ok Hisab mobile application ("Ok Hisab", "the app"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use Ok Hisab. You agree to provide accurate information about yourself and your business.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account, including on any phone that has verified the OTP for that account.
- You are responsible for the data you enter, including customer names, phone numbers, amounts and bill photos.
- The phone that already uses the account can open it with the 4-digit PIN. A different phone cannot open it with the PIN the first time. An OTP is sent to the registered mobile number. The account opens on that phone only after the OTP is verified.
- You should keep your device and PIN secure.
3. Plans and payments
Ok Hisab offers the following plans:
- Basic — free. Up to 5 transactions per calendar day. The daily limit resets at midnight India Standard Time (Asia/Kolkata).
- Gold — ₹30 for 30 days of unlimited transactions and full access.
- Diamond — ₹300 for 365 days of unlimited transactions and full access.
Paid plans (Gold, Diamond) start the day you successfully subscribe and end automatically after the corresponding number of days unless renewed. After a paid plan expires, your account returns to the Basic (free) tier without any data loss. You may cancel a paid plan at any time from inside the app; cancellation is immediate and no refund is issued for the remaining days.
Paid-plan checkout is processed by Razorpay. Charging, refunds and payment disputes follow Razorpay's terms. Ok Hisab does not store your card or UPI details.
4. Refer & Earn
Ok Hisab may offer a Refer & Earn programme. By sharing a referral code at someone else's registration, requesting a withdrawal, or otherwise taking part, you agree to this section and to the rules shown in the app under Settings → Refer & Earn.
How rewards work:
- Each account receives a unique referral code that you may share with others.
- A referral code may be entered only when a new customer registers (optional). After registration is complete, a code cannot be added or changed. Existing customers cannot attach a referral code later. You cannot use your own code. An invalid or unknown code is not linked; the new customer may still complete registration without a referrer.
- Entering a code when a new customer verifies OTP and registers credits ₹10 to the referrer's wallet. Each new mobile number can earn a separate ₹10. The new customer does not receive that ₹10. No ₹10 is credited for an existing account, a mobile number that already received this reward, self-referral, a code that does not match a real referrer, or an account that was not verified with OTP.
- A separate reward is credited only after that new customer completes their first confirmed, successful Gold or Diamond purchase and the plan is activated. Failed, cancelled, pending or incomplete payments do not earn this second reward. The ₹10 signup reward does not replace or block this 25% reward.
- The reward is a percentage of the amount actually paid for that first purchase (currently 25%). Ok Hisab may change the percentage, the minimum withdrawal and other programme settings; the figures shown in the app apply. One referral code may be used by any number of new customers; each one can generate a separate reward on their own first paid plan. Renewals and any later plan purchase by the same customer do not earn another reward.
- If that first payment is refunded, charged back or reversed, Ok Hisab will reverse the related referral reward from the referrer's wallet. A later purchase after a refund still does not earn a new reward.
Wallet and withdrawals:
- Credited rewards sit in your referral wallet as Available Balance, except amounts tied to an open withdrawal (Pending or Approved), which are shown as Pending.
- You may request a bank transfer of Available Balance only in multiples of ₹50 (₹50, ₹100, ₹150 and so on). Amounts that are not a multiple of ₹50, such as ₹75, are not accepted, and the request cannot be more than the available balance. Saved bank details are filled in again. You can edit them before sending. You must provide account holder name, account number, IFSC and bank name. The account holder name must match your Ok Hisab profile name. After a withdrawal is paid, that name is locked in Settings and on later withdrawals for that mobile number. You cannot send a withdrawal with a different name. Only Ok Hisab admin can change a locked name if you ask.
- Withdrawal requests start as Pending. We may Approve or Reject a request. A rejection includes a reason, which is shown in the app so you can correct the details and request again. After a transfer is completed, the request is marked Paid. A rejected amount is returned to Available Balance.
- Withdrawals are reviewed by us and are not instant. We do not guarantee a processing time. We may ask you to confirm identity or bank details before paying.
Abuse, taxes and changes:
- Self-referral, fake or duplicate accounts, payment abuse, or any attempt to earn a reward without a genuine paid-plan purchase is prohibited. We may withhold, reverse, refuse or cancel rewards and withdrawals, and suspend or terminate accounts, where we reasonably suspect fraud or a breach of these Terms.
- Referral rewards are a promotional bonus, not salary, wages or guaranteed income. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to amounts you receive.
- Paid-plan checkout is processed by Razorpay. Rewards credit only when a payment is confirmed. We may change, suspend or end Refer & Earn at any time. Genuine rewards already credited remain subject to refund reversals and these Terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to use Ok Hisab to:
- Store data that infringes any third-party rights or violates any applicable law.
- Engage in fraudulent, abusive, harassing or illegal activity.
- Attempt to bypass plan limits (such as the Basic plan daily transaction limit) by abuse of any technical or non-technical means.

- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or interfere with the security of the app or its servers.

8. Backups & data loss
While we take reasonable steps to store your data safely, you are responsible for keeping your own backups of any critical business information. We are not liable for any loss of data due to device failure, account loss, hosting outages or any other cause.
9. Limitation of liability

10. Termination
You may stop using Ok Hisab at any time and delete your account from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if continued operation of the app or your account becomes impractical for technical or legal reasons.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
